This project in the Historical Maritime town of Chatham involved the planning approval for a 7th bedroom in a residential property. Synergy represented the owner and gained planning approval at appeal for this 7^th bedroom taking this existing HMO into a new use class, Sui Generis. Having gained much experience in working with local authorities and councils we were able to be confident of putting together a planning application that would sit within Medway Council’s Planning requirements. This gave us great confidence that the appeal process would be successful for this project and we could positively impact our clients progress in getting the 7th Bedroom approved.
