Project Description
11-17 High Street, Strood, Rochester, Kent.
Synergy undertook this exciting project to redevelop an existing mix use building into multiple flats over an existing row of shops on a busy high street. Initially, this project involved architectural design to ensure the correct number of flats could be effectively achieved in the space allowed. This included any communal areas and fire requirements to ensure all standards are requirements are met. The next stage of the project involved meeting relevant town planning requirements to ensure planning approval could be successfully met for the 15 flats. As we have had extensive experience in successful planning applications and working with local councils like Medway council we were confident of being able to meet all requirements of a successful planning application. As a result of the work we were able to carry out, a mix of 1 and 2 bedroomed modern apartments have been achieved above the row of existing shops within the required timeframe. If you have a similar project and feel Synergy could be the right choice for you, get in touch via our contact page and we will be able to arrange a meeting to discuss your project requirements.
