Synergy were pleased to be able to take on this exciting project in Maidstone. This was a project where assistance was needed on several fronts. Design alterations were necessary to ensure the clearing of planning conditions with Maidstone Council. Following this, detailed design were required to ensure this project would meet all required UK building regulations. Once completed this project will be comprised of  12 new dwellings in Church Street, Tovil. A significant size project, however, at Synergy we have the practical experience to handle such a project and ensure every step is correctly managed through to completion.
