Infrastructure Projects; Planning work on major engineering projects for Mott McDonald, Mansell plc (part of Balfour Beauty)and Railtrack (Network Rail). network rollout, planning applications and planning appeals for One2One (T-Mobile UK), Orange PCS Ltd, Crown Castle UK Limited and National Grid Wireless. Services also include site acquisition,arranging easements/ wayleaves and negotiation on third party access rights.

Residential Projects: new build house design and residential conversion for housing developers and private indiviguals. in addistion to this we undertake conversion and new build work for a nationwide care home operator. Our services include planning appraisals, feasibility and detailed drawings, planning submissions and listed build concents and other statutory consents.

Community Projects: school developments, new community parks, new rights of way, community facilities on behalf of Medway Schools, Parish Councils, Nature Conservation Trusts. Services include planning and design plus highway authority consents for footpath diversions.

Commercial projects: new manufacturing units (B2 use), warehousing and storage (B8) and general industrial (B1), We have provided property aqucisition, planning appraisals, feasibility and detailed drawings, planning submissions and listed build concents and other statutory consents.
